About me

Hi, and welcome to The Recovery Lab Southport's premier Physiotherapy, Neurokinetic Therapy, Rehabilitation & Massage Therapy Clinic.  

After graduating from the University of Worcester I have held many of roles within private clinical practice, learning from the leading practitioners in the fields of Musculoskeletal & Neurological Physiotherapy.  Additionally, I have completed extensive post graduate training in Advanced Physiotherapy assessment & treatment techniques, Neurokinetic Therapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Pilates & Spinal Manipulation.

For the last 2 years I have been running an busy mobile physiotherapy/rehabilitation service throughout the Southport/North West/ West Lancashire region.

However, due to my ever expanding client base and due to the  high demand of my services I have now opened my own  Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation/Massage Therapy clinic within Churchtown, Southport

My goal is to facilitate your healing and restore efficient movement and pain free living as quickly as possible. I achieve this through proven hands-on techniques, one-on-one therapy, individualized rehabilitation programs and bespoke treatment plans designed for each patient.
